TOURNAMENT BREAK

Each year the CSPPA set the summer and winter tournament breaks. The tournament breaks are periods where players have time to recover and reacharge for a new season of play.

TOURNAMENT BREAKS SET BY CSPPA

The Tournament Breaks are periods of time during which no tournaments are scheduled. The breaks are set by the CSPPA following consultation with the players as well as other stakeholders in CS:GO.

The summer and winter tournament breaks are vital in order to allow for players to have a break and recharge for the upcoming season of tournaments.

Players are not on holiday for the full duration of the tournament breaks. Each player plans holidays individually together with his team. Please find the specific dates of the 2022 & 2023 player breaks below.

WHEN ARE THE 2022/2023 TOURNAMENT BREAKS?

The 2022 Summer Tournament break:

18 July 2022 to 14 August 2022 (both days included)

The 2022 Winter Tournament break:

19 December 2022 to 15 January 2023 (both days included)

The 2023 Summer Tournament break:

12 June 2023 to 9 July 2023 (both days included)

The 2023 Winter Tournament break:
